Fixed-term contracts
If you end a fixed-term contract early, after its probation period of 7 days, you get a pro-rata refund of the months you paid for and will not use.
Freelance tasks
The quoted price is held when you confirm the task and released when you accept the result. Two rounds of changes are included.
Trials
Trials are free. Converting a trial to a paid contract keeps the same contract and its vault.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Ask for one through the support page.
